Bringing Smiles to Superheroes with our Buddy Bear Kits

Who doesn't love a good cuddle with a Teddy Bear?

Well we've gone that extra step by providing an activity where children - and adults - can make their own Teddy Bear! Taking the time to stuff your own bear with extra love, make a wish on a satin heart to be kept safe inside and naming it yourself makes our Buddy Bears extra special.

What do Buddy Bear Kits include?

  • Your choice of a 10" Bear Skin

  • Stuffing made out of recycled bottles

  • Satin Heart to make a wish on

  • Birth Certificate

  • Carry Bag

Why are Buddy Bear Kits the Fundraiser Product?

Bear Cottage is so special to our family and so we knew we wanted to include a way to fundraise for them all year round through our small business. Everyone loves Teddy Bears and we love Bear Cottage so it was a no brainer which product should be featured for our Fundraising Efforts.

How does your order support our Fundraising Efforts?

$5 from every Buddy Bear Kits is put aside in our dedicated Fundraising Account which is then donated directly to Bear Cottage.

We go even further by doubling the donations to $10 per Buddy Bear Kit sale during Superhero Week - the annual fundraiser held by Bear Cottage in the last week of July each year.

What is Bear Cottage?

Bear Cottage is the only children’s hospice in NSW - a very special place that’s dedicated to caring for children with life-limiting conditions. Families who care for a child with a life-limiting condition often do so around the clock for many years. Their vision is to be as far removed from a hospital environment as possible. Set up to provide excellence in paediatric palliative care 24 hours a day, and with their affiliation to The Sydney Children's Hospitals Network means they have access to some of the best medical resources in the world.
